Flow ‘n’ Run is on the last Friday of each month which is our members only workshop to sit down to speak openly about themselves, hurdles, wins, challenges & building resilience throughout life (starting May 2026)
Flow ‘n’ Talk will be our weekly 5km members only run club through Clapham Common leading back to a local coffee shop for a wind down & healthy food (Starting May 2026)
